Qualifications:

• Previous Dealership Parts Manager experience required
• Ford dealership experience is a huge plus
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and develop a parts team
• Experience working closely with service operations
• Understanding of parts profitability, obsolescence management, and inventory controls
