About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding equipment company, proudly affiliated with major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), looking for a strong Parts Manager. Committed to setting the industry standard for excellence, we offer a diverse range of factory and OEM-certified parts and accessories to our valued customers for their equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the accurate receipt and storage of parts, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring compliance with equipment standards.
2. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external.
3. Ordering non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts suppliers as required.
4. Managing all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and record-keeping standards.
5. Motivating and developing staff through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a proven track record of success.
• Skills: Proficient in inventory control, pricing strategies, and comprehensive auto parts management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships.
• Technical: Proficiency in computer processing, including spreadsheet and database tools.
