Job summary

General RV Center in Ashland, VA is seeking a Parts Manager to lead our Parts and Accessories team, uphold elite customer service, and oversee daily inventory operations.

You will coach staff, drive process improvements, and monitor KPIs to meet sales goals while maintaining accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Generous benefits accompany a family-owned culture.
