Staffmark Group is hiring a Parts Loader in Jamestown, OH. The role runs 7am-4:15pm with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. You will help move, load, unload, and organize springs, supporting warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading springs, sorting by size, and potentially operating a grind machine or picking/packing springs for shipment. High school diploma preferred and prior warehouse experience beneficial.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Parts Loader.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
