Looking for Warehouse Associates jobs in West Jefferson where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned and qualified.
• Support warehouse operations across multiple departments, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and material handling.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow all warehouse procedures.
• Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to meet productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse functions as needed to support business operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is preferred, may be required in other departments assignments
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Forklift experience preferred and may be required depending on department assignment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associates.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and moving throughout the facility regularly.
