Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's or 1+ year with Master's in Project/Program Management or Agile.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact service programs within scope and budget.
• Monitors progress against KPIs and reports to stakeholders with course-corrections as needed.
• Facilitates effective communication across all levels to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Ensures all program documentation (charters, business cases, progress reports) is complete and up-to-date.
• Implements process improvements within PM functions to drive efficiencies and service quality.
