Job summary

OpenRoad Allard Collision LLC, part of the Open Road Collision group, is seeking a motivated Parts Coordinator to lead the Parts Department and improve workflows. The role focuses on ownership, efficiency, and coordinating with internal teams.

You will work with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians, handling invoicing, returns, and departmental follow-ups, while supporting the central ordering team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
• Prior experience in the collision repair industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
• Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
• Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
• Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve departmental concerns, routing issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization.
