Greyhound Lines, Inc. is hiring a Parts Clerk in Las Vegas, NV. This on-site role issues parts, tools, and supplies, handles inventory control, processes cores and warranties, and ensures a clean, safe workplace.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and warehouse experience. The position requires data entry, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Data entry: typing at least 15 wpm
• Some computer skill requiring basic data entry into maintenance database
• Must be able to speak and read conversational English

Responsibilities

• Distributes, stores and maintains inventories of parts, tools and equipment
• Charge out issued parts in M5 and search for uncommon parts
• Update out-of-service bus report and check track order status
• Fill orders, pack and ship transfers, complete transfer orders online by UPS and GPX
• Perform forklift inspections on each shift
• Maintain core and warranty paperwork and process warranty claims
• Process invoices for payment and proper receiving, filing of completed paperwork
• Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
