Job summary

Darigold is seeking an Inventory Parts Clerk responsible for receiving parts into the plant, verifying shipments to packing slips, managing purchase orders, and ensuring correct inventory is stocked. This role partners with Engineering Operations within the Sunnyside plant.

Key duties include physical receiving across delivery methods, matching slips to POs in 11i, and maintaining a well-organized parts room with accurate inventory records. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Be proficient with inventory systems and MS Office tools as part of daily tasks.
• Must ensure accuracy in receiving, matching, and shelving parts according to SOPs.
• Experience with ERP/Oracle-like systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Physically receive parts into plant and verify bill of lading.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and resolve discrepancies with buyer or supplier.
• Match packing slips to 11i purchase orders and update PO in system.
• Place inventory parts on shelf following bin locations and maintain organized parts room.
• Assist with picking orders for PMs and building/ tracking kits.
• Distribute parts to mechanic shelves with work order references.
• Conduct weekly physical inventories and support annual inventory cadence.
• Maintain RMA forms for returned or repaired materials.
• Support shipping out materials as needed and aid in SOP adherence.
