Job summary

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking a dependable Parts Inventory Specialist to join the Parts Department. This full-time role maintains accurate inventory, receives shipments, organizes stock, and ensures technicians and customers receive the right parts at the right time.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking parts, conducting cycle counts, assisting with annual inventory, and processing returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts.

• Keep the parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warranty parts as needed.
• Follow Toyota and dealership inventory procedures.
