You will manage warranty returns, order returns, and paperwork, while supporting Inventory control across multiple vendors and sources. Responsibilities

• Lead on many types of claims with International, UPS, LTL, and multiple other vendors and suppliers
• Controls dirty core storage and returns for all sources/vendors
• Handles the surplus order return
• Oversees the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet Internationals standards
• Controls the Product Review Center in order to meet Internationals standards on warranty item returns
• Paperwork/Documentation/Organization of all of the items listed above
• Other Duties as Assigned
