You will handle PO processing and vendor payments while ensuring correct parts are purchased from the right vendors. The role offers a clear path to supervision through performance, with opportunities to grow within our logistics team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Processing of Purchase Orders and Supplier invoices.
• Ensure Parts Received are properly recorded into inventory.
• Overseeing parts obsolescence.
• Shipping warranty and parts return to vendors.
• Parts room organization and cleanliness.
