Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the parts warehouse and counter operations at the local branch. The role includes ensuring safety compliance, daily reporting, cash handling, and coordination with service and regional management.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to customer service. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and a forklift certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally higher with assistive devices.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Safety conscious and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean warehouse and parts counter areas.
• Process stock, orders, and transfers in a timely manner.
• Manage backorders, vendor orders, and cycle counts.
• Oversee daily order fulfillment and branch transfers.
• Schedule department staff for coverage and train local staff.
