Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
• Be forklift certified or able to become certified; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and call-in customers courteously and quickly.
• Provide consultative parts solutions and upsell related items.
• Gain product knowledge and stay updated with new items.
• Inform customers of specials and merchandising programs.
• Process purchases and handle transactions per policy.
• Assist with back-order communications and ordering with vendors.
• Initiate outbound sales calls as directed by supervision.
• Be available to work overtime and attend required training.
• Participate in safety programs and maintain inventory accuracy.
