Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Manage inventory and support Service Technicians with parts
• Process special order part requests for over-the-counter customers
• Communicate status with customers and technicians
• Monitor department profitability and data
• Assist the Service Department as needed
• Follow safety policies and industry regulations
