Job summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies is seeking aInventory Clerk to work with the Service, Parts, and Warehouse teams to maintain parts inventory levels and manage purchase orders. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and cooperation with a fast-paced maintenance environment.

The position involves organizing orders, tracking inbound shipments, and ensuring accurate receipt and delivery of parts for remote jobs, with emphasis on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of warehouse parts experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally with leadership and branch team members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Multitasking and task prioritization skills are a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Clean driving record and clean safety record required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize incoming parts orders from vendors or technicians.
• Keep track of incoming orders; provide updates to Parts Manager when asked.
• Control parts inventory to maintain service levels and minimize stockouts.
• Process all purchase order paperwork for management.
• Verify receipt of ordered items with management.
• Deliver parts to remote technicians or remote warehouses as needed.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate product returns.
• Attend internal pre-con meetings to discuss project needs related to parts and materials.
