Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver parts and equipment while maintaining exceptional customer service. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, verifying invoices, and keeping accurate delivery logs.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate GPS and company software, and perform basic vehicle maintenance as needed. A professional appearance and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Basic technology skills; GPS, company issued software, mobile device.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours and information.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Checks with the parts manager before leaving to coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Delivers parts to body shop and distributes to technicians as needed.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pickup.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and requests recipient signatures.
• Unloads truck nightly and submits paperwork and undelivered parts.
