You will ensure timely part availability and streamline procurement to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in purchasing or procurement, a High School Diploma or GED, and a proactive approach to sourcing, pricing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and orders parts needed for maintenance and repair operations.
• Sources and negotiates with suppliers to ensure best prices and delivery times.
• Tracks and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed.
• Processes parts transfers for stock.
• Assists with pricing on orders from other branches.
• Maintains detailed records of parts transactions and prepares reports on inventory levels and purchasing trends.
