Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to reconcile schedules and reports.
• Proficient in routine administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control within the parts department.
• Reconcile cash drawers and schedules; generate and monitor cash schedules.
• Process parts tickets for pricing, status, and lead times; prepare invoices.
• Manage parts orders and returns; assist in general clerical duties.
