Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer parts orders accurately via phone, email, or ERP system.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders to meet demand.
• Verify price, source, availability, and lead times for parts.
• Update open order reports for accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse duties: receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Return non-stocking parts to vendors and process refunds/credits.
• Organize inventory locations for quick retrieval.
• Support showroom displays with stock and pricing.
• Participate in physical inventories and audits.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions.
