Job summary

Batth Trucking Inc is seeking a dependable Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our busy diesel repair shop. You will manage parts inventory, source and deliver parts, and help maintain efficient shop workflows for technicians and service advisors.

Responsibilities include picking up and delivering parts from vendors, receiving and organizing inventory, and keeping parts room clean. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, strong organizational skills, and comfort with inventory

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory software.
• Experience with diesel truck parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver truck & trailer parts from vendors.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels.
• Track cores, warranty returns, and special orders.
• Assist with inventory management inside Shopmonkey.
• Ensure technicians have parts needed for repairs.
• Monitor fast-moving items and notify management when stock is low.
• Keep parts room and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with shop operations and support staff as needed.

This position is responsible for managing parts inventory, sourcing and delivering parts, and helping maintain efficient shop workflow for technicians and service advisors.
