Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Parts Inventory Clerk in Whitestown, IN to manage warranty and order returns and keep paperwork organized.

The role involves coordinating with international vendors, UPS and other carriers, and ensuring proper stock controls across locations. The ideal candidate will handle dealer inventory alignment, oversee the Product Review Center for warranty items, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling warranty item returns and vendor communications.
• Ability to organize paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead on claims with International, UPS, LTL, and other vendors.
• Control dirty core storage and returns for all sources.
• Handle surplus order returns and dealer inventory alignment.
• Oversee Product Review Center to meet warranty standards.
• Organize paperwork and documentation for listed items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Parts Inventory Clerk to assist with Warranty returns, Order Returns, and Paperwork

Duties and Requirements:

• Lead on many types of claims with International, UPS,LTL, and multiple other vendors and suppliers
• Controls dirty core storage and returns for all sources/vendors
• Handles the surplus order return
• Oversees the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet Internationals standards
• Controls the Product Review Center in order to meet Internationals standards on warranty item returns
• Paperwork/Documentation/Organization of all of the items listed above
• Other Duties as Assigned
