Job summary

La Mesa RV is seeking a Parts Department Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Mesa, AZ location. You will handle receiving parts, helping technicians, and basic inventory control to keep the parts area organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include processing warranty parts, handling counter sales, invoicing, scanning and data entry, plus delivering parts with the company vehicle. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a busy parts environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
• Some heavy lifting required, up to 40lbs independently.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive ordered parts from vendors/manufacturers. Check in/put away.
• Assist in providing parts to Technicians.
• Inventory Control (counting and managing).
• Warranty Returns and process warranty parts.
• Assist with parts department counter sales.
• Invoices create, scan, reconcile
• Clerical skills scanning, filing, data entry
• General cleaning and upkeep of parts area and storage facilities.
• Pick up and deliver parts using the company vehicle.
