Cox Enterprises in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a dependable parts installer to properly install replacement parts on customer vehicles and reassemble components. You will ensure correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and basic mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
• Ability to constantly enter and exit vehicles.
• Ability to lift 1 - 15 pounds (i.e., starters, alternators, A/C units, etc).
• Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.22 - $27.36/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
