Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, powder coating, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production requirements.
• Ability to lift and maneuver parts weighing up to 50+ lbs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hang and remove industrial parts from racks, hooks, load bars, and conveyors per work orders.
• Inspect parts before processing for defects, contamination, or labeling issues.
• Position and space parts for consistent powder coating and finishing results.
• Follow work orders and production instructions accurately.
• Maintain organized flow of parts and racks to support schedules.
