Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group in Sumner, WA is seeking a parts transporter who will move resale parts between locations and provide top-level customer service. You will learn customer accounts, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain professional company image.

Responsibilities include pulling ordered parts, handling returns, assisting Inside and Outside Parts Sales staff, and representing the company in a courteous, safety-conscious manner. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and qualified MVR abstract.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
• Pull ordered parts for assigned accounts and deliver on time.
• Pick up return parts and process return documents.
• Provide assistance to the Inside and Outside Parts Sales staff and management.
• Know assigned customer accounts by learning names and reporting purchasing practices.
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
