Job summary

The Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a parts transporter to move resale parts between locations and deliver on time while upholding a high level of customer service and a professional company image.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, pulling and delivering parts, handling returns, and supporting Inside/Outside Sales staff. A valid driver’s license and a HS diploma are required, with opportunities for long-term growth in a growing dealer group.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and qualified MVR abstract.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
• Pull ordered parts for assigned accounts and deliver on time.
• Pick up return parts and process return documents.
• Provide assistance to the Inside and Outside Parts Sales staff and management.
• Know assigned customer accounts by learning names, understanding parts delivery expectations, and reporting to Inside and Outside Sales staff about customer purchasing practices.
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
