Pearson Peterbilt Group is seeking a reliable Parts Driver in Georgia to handle front-line customer interactions and safe, efficient delivery of parts to customers and vendors. You will verify loads, perform safety checks, and represent the company professionally at customer sites.

The role requires a valid driver's license, commercial driver certification, and the ability to operate a forklift and inventory system. You must clock in using mobile apps and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record which meets Pearson Peterbilt Group's criteria.
• Commercial Driver Medical Certification is required.
• Ability to use computer and calculator.
• Will be trained on parts department's computer inventory system.
• Ability to drive and operate a fork-lift safely.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts.
• Professional personal appearance and dress.

Responsibilities

• Loading parts delivery vehicles
• Checking each load to make sure 100% complete and accurate order fulfillment
• Safety checks of delivery vehicles
• Obeying all traffic laws and driving defensively
• Professionally representing Pearson Peterbilt Group at customer locations in appearance, attitude and communication
• Accurate record keeping through signatures on delivery paperwork, returned goods paperwork (RGM's), etc.
• Collection of COD checks and credit card payments, with phone in verification
