Job summary

Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC is looking for a reliable Parts Driver to join the dealership’s parts department. The position focuses on safe, timely delivery and pickup of automotive parts to customers, vendors, and other dealership locations, with occasional support in the parts department when not driving.

As a Full-Time Parts Driver, you will uphold excellent customer service, handle orders accurately, and comply with all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina drivers license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Primarily driving with some warehouse/stockroom duties.
• Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dealership vehicle to deliver and pick up auto parts and accessories.
• Verify orders for accuracy before loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and dealership staff.
• Inspect vehicle daily for cleanliness and proper operation; report issues as needed.
• Assist in the parts department with stocking shelves, pulling orders, and maintaining inventory when not driving.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
