Job summary

Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC seeks a Car Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle appearance and lot organization. You will keep vehicles clean, parked correctly, and ready for customer viewing or delivery, supporting the sales team with test drives and appointments.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior automotive/lot experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver9s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and park vehicles on the lot according to dealership layout and standards.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
• Move vehicles to and from service areas, customer parking, or other dealership locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot and dealership grounds.
• Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals for test drives and customer appointments.
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and stored.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic flow guidelines.
