Paycom - ATS in Parsippany, NJ seeks a reliable delivery driver to handle parts deliveries and pickups to repair shops, vendors, and satellite stores. You will ensure timely arrivals and verify order accuracy at each stop.

The role requires a clean driving record, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally), and professional communication for client interactions. Warehouse duties may be required when not on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75–100 lbs.
• Professional, polite demeanor for client interactions and basic reading/math skills for processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries & Pickups: Transport parts and tools along planned routes to repair shops, vendors, and satellite stores.
• Order Verification: Match invoices or purchase orders with loaded items and check customer payments or core returns before leaving the store.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of deliveries, handle return slips, and obtain recipient signatures.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure) and keep the company vehicle clean and safe.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with stocking shelves, loading/unloading inventory, and organizing the parts department when not on the road.
