Job summary

M&K Truck Centers is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver in Gary, IN to deliver and pick up medium and heavy-duty truck parts for customers, satellite locations, and wholesale accounts. The role supports the parts department and requires safe driving, accurate documentation, and strong customer service.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, load and unload parts, and adhere to DOT regulations. A valid license and ability to drive is essential; prior delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Preferred Class C or for hire license.
• Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) for measurements and orders.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, package, and load parts orders for delivery routes.
• Deliver and pick up medium and heavy-duty truck parts safely and on time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Operate company vehicles in various settings and maintain documentation.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfactory service.

Parts Driver

M&K Truck Centers is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up medium and heavy-duty truck parts for customers, satellite locations, and wholesale accounts. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of our parts department.

Essential Functions:

• Pull, verify, package, and load parts orders for scheduled delivery routes.
• Deliver and pick up medium and heavy-duty truck parts in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns or vehicle defects.
• Safely operate company vehicles in high-traffic areas, manufacturing facilities, and customer locations.
• Load and unload parts using proper material handling techniques.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations as applicable.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to regularly drive a company vehicle; which is considered as a safety sensitive function with M&K.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
