Job summary

RWC Group is seeking a delivery and customer-service oriented partner in Everett, WA. The role focuses on safely delivering parts, selecting and staging items for orders, and educating customers about our products to drive satisfaction.

The position requires 1–2 years of driving experience, a valid license, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will also help with warehouse tasks and handling returns, contributing to a positive, long-term customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior driving experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Select and stage parts for customer orders.
• Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness.
• Pickup customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Communicate with and educate customers on our products.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
• Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
