Job summary

Baranko Companies seeks a Parts Runner / Field Support Driver to support maintenance teams by picking up and delivering parts to shops and field locations. This hands-on role verifies correct parts, stages them for work, and communicates shortages or issues to keep repairs on track.

The driver handles pickups through delivery, follows up on delays or incorrect orders, manages returns and cores, and keeps the vehicle organized and ready. CDL is not required but preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to read part numbers, work orders, invoices, and delivery information.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize time-sensitive deliveries.
• Able to work independently and communicate with shop and field employees.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, supplies, and paperwork between vendors, shops, and jobsites.
• Confirm that parts match the order before leaving the vendor or parts counter.
• Check deliveries against invoices, packing slips, or work order information.
• Communicate quickly when parts are missing, incorrect, delayed, or damaged.
• Coordinate delivery priorities with the Parts Manager, Maintenance leads, and Technicians.
• Plan efficient routes and provide updates when delivery timing changes.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Maintain basic delivery and pickup records.
• Help organize and stage parts for upcoming repairs and service work.
• Follow company safety practices and traffic laws while driving.
• Assist with other parts or shop duties as needed.

Job description

The Parts Runner / Field Support Driver supports Baranko's maintenance teams by picking up and delivering parts to our shops and field locations. This hands‑on position checks that parts match the equipment and repair before delivery, stages them for the correct work, and communicates any shortages or issues.

The driver is responsible for parts from pickup through delivery, including following up on delayed or incorrect orders, handling returns and core parts, and keeping the assigned vehicle organized and ready. The driver works closely with the Parts Manager and maintenance teams to keep everyone updated on delivery status. Getting the correct parts to the right location helps reduce delays and keeps technicians focused on repairs.

REQUIREMENTS
