Stellantis seeks a Parts Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily execution on the shop floor, focusing on safety, quality, and customer service, while driving adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement.

You will coach peers, manage daily performance with dashboards, and apply lean concepts to improve labor efficiency and service reliability. This role blends hands-on leadership with a commitment to safety and cost awareness.

Description du poste

The Parts Distribution Center Supervisor is the front-line leader responsible for daily execution, safety, quality, and customer service. This role ensures consistent performance on the shop floor while supporting adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Acumen & Process Responsibilities:

• Practical understanding of how daily decisions impact service, labor efficiency, and cost
• Apply Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to front-line problem solving
• Interpret dashboards and performance data with business context
• Understand quality, safety, productivity, and service tradeoffs

Key Responsibilities:
