• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Direct and schedule activities of all department employees and monitor payroll.
• Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to increase profit.
• Coordinate a timely flow of paperwork and ensure proper purchase order matching.
