Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group of Rogers is seeking a parts delivery associate to support customers, wholesale accounts and suppliers. You will pick up and deliver parts, verify invoices, and coordinate last-minute pickups with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of delivery/customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
Check before leaving to coordinate last minute pickups or deliveries.
Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pickup.
Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
Keep accurate log of daily deliveries and pickups; obtain recipient's signature.
Unload truck nightly; turn in paperwork and undelivered parts.
Help stock and post orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
