Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group of Rogers is seeking a parts delivery associate to support customers, wholesale accounts and suppliers. You will pick up and deliver parts, verify invoices, and coordinate last-minute pickups with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of delivery/customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Check before leaving to coordinate last minute pickups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pickup.
• Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate log of daily deliveries and pickups; obtain recipient's signature.
• Unload truck nightly; turn in paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help stock and post orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.

Parts Delivery Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up and delivers parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.

Parts Delivery Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three months' experience in customer and delivery services.
• Must have valid driver's license
