Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group in Minnesota is seeking a Parts Delivery Associate to pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 months of delivery/customer service experience, and a valid driver's license; the position offers extensive benefits and opportunities for advancement across multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each delivery.
• Check payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Request recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Unload truck each night. Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
