O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process COD deliveries, collect payments, and pick up returns while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s standard.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fleet cards, devices, and monies.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Notify management of problems or special needs from customers.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents or damage to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure vehicle at end of day.
