Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a parts delivery associate to transport parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage pickups, complete documentation, and coordinate with the Parts Manager. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to use a computer and calculator. You must communicate clearly with customers and team members while maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the fleet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions/information.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use computer and calculator.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.

Responsibilities

• Delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors.
• Picks up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores and vendors; coordinates schedule with Parts Manager and Parts Associate.
• Completes log at delivery and asks recipients for signature.
• Unloads truck each night; submits all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Maintains professional appearance of the Parts Department.
• Washes the parts truck weekly and waxes every two months.
• Performs basic upkeep of the truck; checks oil with each fill-up.
• Demonstrates company Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
