O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect C.O.D. payments. The role includes handling returns, maintaining security of equipment and funds, and communicating customer needs to management.

Flexibility to assist customers, potentially act as cashier, or help with merchandising may be required during busy periods. Multilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point system.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, log mileage, and perform inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained, complete daily inspections before operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
