O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will collect COD payments, process returns, and maintain vehicle readiness through inspections, while using handheld devices for deliveries and signatures.

The role includes assisting customers, cash handling, and occasional merchandising tasks. A clean driving record and valid license are required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report maintenance needs or accidents to store management.
• Clock in/out per policy; assist customers as needed and support merchandising tasks.
