Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Adel, IA is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns and cores, drop off flyers, and upsell while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and automotive parts experience is preferred. Flexible days including evenings and weekends are required to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs via weekly/monthly flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Other duties as assigned
