O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. This role also collects money on COD deliveries and handles customer returns, ensuring accuracy and security.

You will use fleet handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections while keeping vehicles clean and secure.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company requirements.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, inspected, and secure at all times.
• Handle COD payments and secure monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Notify management of problems or special customer needs.
• Report vehicle maintenance or damage to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel is topped and vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy; perform other duties as assigned.
• May assist customers as a cashier or help with merchandising tasks.
