O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to maintain and operate store vehicles for delivering parts to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner in the United States. The role includes collecting COD payments and handling customer returns.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position may require operating hand-held devices for processing deliveries, signatures, and mileage, while keeping vehicles and assets secure throughout the shift.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Mansioni

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections prior to operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fleet cards, devices, and monies at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate any customer issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel is topped up and secure the vehicle at day end.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Perform other duties including customer service, stocking, merchandising, and errands.
