Job summary

Koeppel Auto Group is seeking a Parts Delivery driver to support wholesale customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations with timely, accurate deliveries. You will verify orders, process payments, and maintain records while ensuring safe handling of automotive parts.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable daily commuting. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the family-owned dealership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Verify and prepare parts orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to departure.
• Receive customer payments, process credit card transactions, handle payments when necessary, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Obtain delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and required documentation for all deliveries.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory shipments.
• Support parts ordering processes by helping maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicating stock shortages or replenishment needs to management.
• Process customer returns, warranty parts, and core returns in accordance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with Parts Department personnel regarding delivery schedules, customer requests, and order status updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of company delivery vehicles and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to all dealership policies, safety standards, traffic regulations, and union work rules.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Support parts counter operations during peak business periods.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment within the Parts Department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position
