Job summary

Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to efficiently deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers for the dealership. You will coordinate with the parts team, verify invoices, and maintain delivery logs to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks. Training is provided and the environment emphasizes team culture and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to perform basic math, compute rates, ratios and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers and stores.
• Coordinate deliveries with parts manager or shipping/receiving staff.
• Verify payments against invoices for each delivery.
• Maintain a daily delivery/pick-up log and obtain recipient signatures.
• Load vehicle with required parts for deliveries.
• Perform basic truck maintenance checks and report major repairs.
• Assist with stock orders to expedite deliveries.
