Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers for the dealership. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries with the parts manager, logging deliveries, and ensuring proper signatures and payments are recorded.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good reading/writing skills, and the ability to interpret safety instructions. Valid driver’s license and basic vehicle maintenance know‑how are needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Coordinate last-minute pickups or deliveries with the parts manager or shipping clerk.
• Verify payments against invoices for each delivery.
• Maintain an accurate log of deliveries and require recipient signatures.
• Load vehicle with appropriate parts for deliveries.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure inspections are up to date.
• Notify parts manager of major repairs or maintenance needs.
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Assist with stock orders to expedite deliveries.
