Job Summary: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of crane parts and equipment to job sites, customers, and company branches. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up crane parts and equipment.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring parts are handled properly to prevent damage.
• Verify contents of deliveries against orders or invoices.
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain proper signatures for delivered items.
• Communicate with the parts department, service teams, and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure routine maintenance is reported and completed.
• Adhere to all DOT, safety, and company driving regulations.
• Assist in the parts warehouse with inventory, stocking, and organization when not making deliveries.
• Assist Back Counter Parts Associates with processing orders for parts and accessories, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, descriptions, and shipping details.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Previous experience in a delivery role, preferably in the construction or equipment industry.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with crane parts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
